Cotton Bottom is a small business run by me from home. I always aim to do my absolute best for you, but please be aware of my following policies.

Postage

I use pre-paid Australia Post satchels for delivery. In the unlikely event that items are lost by Australia Post, I will help as much as I can to locate it, but ultimately I can not provide a refund. Registered Post is optional, and highly recommended. Registered Post includes insurance up to the value of $100.

I always endeavour to have your items posted the next business day after payment (please refer to Payment policy), and if anything will prohibit me from this, I will let you know. Please be mindful however, that Australia Post deliveries can take anywhere from 2 - 7 business days.

Payment

Payment must be received within 5 business days of completing the order, otherwise I reserve the right to sell the items to another customer.

I accept the following methods of payment:

  • Direct deposit (bank details are on the invoice)
  • PayPal (including credit card) - attracts 2.4% fee
  • Cheque
  • Australia Post money order

In the aim of keeping my prices as low as possible, unfortunately at this time I do not accept credit cards.

For all methods of payment (except money order), the items will only be posted once funds have cleared.

Returns

Fore mostly, I want you to be happy with your purchase, and I am more than happy to provide advice throughout your nappy experience. So if you are experiencing difficulties, please contact me and I may be able to offer a simple solution. If you received a faulty item however, please let me know as soon as possible, and I will happily exchange the item for you.

I cannot accept returns of items which have been used, even if only washed once.
