Prices and Payment

All prices are in $AU and include Tax at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by the following methods: cheque, money order, direct deposit, Visa or Mastercard. Note that orders paid by credit card will show the merchant as "Cleverpants".

Payment must be received within 5 business days of completing the order, otherwise we reserve the right to sell the items to another customer. Order are only dispatched when payment has been completed and cleared.

All items offered on our website are subject to availability.

Lay-by

We understand that setting up your cloth nappy stash can be a bit expensive. So we offer lay-by terms where you can pay for the package in installments. To setup a lay-by, simply put through an order as normal and select "Lay-by" as the payment method. Our standard lay-by terms are as follows:

• An upfront payment of 20% of the total order price is required.
• You may pay the order in as many instalments, with whatever frequency you prefer, but please let us know what your plan is in your checkout notes.
• You must pay off the order in full within 3 months.
• Your order will only be shipped once it has been paid in full.
• Lay-by is only applicable to orders over the value of $300.
• ay-by instalments must be paid by direct deposit.

Delivery

We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days after payment has cleared, where all items ordered are in stock. We predominantly use Australia Post for deliveries and please consult their website for standard delivery times to your area. Delivery is charged at a flat rate of $7.50 per order.

Warranty and Exchange Policy

Change of mind returns

Foremostly, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive your order and the items are not as you expected, you can post them back to us for an exchange or full refund minus postage costs. We cannot accept returns of items which have been used, even if only washed once.

Change of mind exchange or refund does not apply to goods on sale.

Manufacturing warranty

We are here to help and more than happy to provide advice throughout your nappy experience. So if you are experiencing difficulties, please contact us and we may be able to offer a simple solution. If you received a faulty item however, please let us know as soon as possible and we will happily exchange the item for you. The Tots Bots range is covered by a 6 month manufacturing warranty. If you believe your nappies are faulty please contact us and we will help to diagnose the problem. Sometimes it can be as simple as altering your washing routine slightly, but if there is a manufacturing fault we will most certainly replace or repair where appropriate. Please complete our warranty claim form and post to us with your faulty nappies (reply paid address).

Privacy Notice

In order to place an order via our website, it is necessary for us to collect certain information from you. The type of customer information we ask for includes name and address for billing and delivery purposes, day phone number and email address.

Cotton Bottom takes seriously the issue of our customer's privacy, and has taken the appropriate measures to ensure with confidence that any information given to us by our customers is protected.

We will not sell, share, or rent any of your personal information to any third parties without your explicit permission.
