Postage and other formalities
Postage within Australia
We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days after payment has cleared, where all items ordered are in stock. We predominantely use Australia Post for delivers and please consult their website for standard delivery times to your area. Delivery is charged at a flat rate of $6.50 per order.
Please select 'International postage' at checkout, and we will contact you with an exact price for the postage.

Ordering and Payment
Ordering from MiniLaLa is easy and secure. Simply order though the website, and choose either Credit Card, Bank Deposit or Paypal (where you can pay using your credit card or Paypal funds). We appreciate bank deposit payments being made within 5 days, and reserve the right to cancel any unpaid orders after that time. If for any reason you cannot make payment in that time, please contact us to let us know (we're pretty understanding).
Refunds, Exchanges and Warranties
At MiniLaLa, every order is double checked before dispatch. If for some reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, it can be returned for refund or exchange when contact is made within 10 days of your order, and the goods are unused and still in their original, undamaged packaging. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and will do everything we can to ensure it, however, refunds and exchanges are always at our discretion.
If you change your mind, you can return the item for refund or exchange, minus the postage charge.
We are very careful about making sure that all of our items are of high quality, however, if your item is faulty, we will be happy to replace it. Cost of return postage is at the discretion of MiniLaLa. If you have a damaged nappy, we firstly need to ensure that the nappy has been cared for in the appropriate manner. It is very important to read and follow the care instructions which come with your nappies. If these are not adhered to, your warranty is void. Also, we don't recommend buying second hand MiniLaLa nappies, as we cannot take any responsibility for any damage to them.
Sale items are only refundable or exchangeable at our discretion.
Loss or damage to items during post is very rare. If you think your item has been lost or damaged in the post, please contact us immediately, and we will work out the best way to resolve the issue.
At MiniLaLa, we value our customers very much and we keep all your information as secure as possible. Your account information, like your name, address and email address are stored on our secure server for the sole purpose of assisting you with future orders. Your email address may be used to send you MiniLaLa newsletters with your permission, but your details will never, ever be passed on to a third party without your permission unless required by law. If you give us your credit card details when processing your order, they are processed through a secure SSL encryption and are never stored on the website.
The Fine Print
MiniLaLa is committed to giving you complete and accurate product information to the best of our knowledge, however, we cannot always be absolutely accurate and up to date with every detail. We endeavour to update this site with current changes and out of stock items as often as possible, and will always try to keep our customers informed to the best of our ability. Because most of our items are handmade, the item you receive may not always be exactly the same as the images on this site. The pattern may fall differently, or the colour or shape may differ slightly.
All prices in our store are in Australian dollars, and we do our best to keep our prices low to better service our customers. We do reserve the right to change our prices without notice. When you place an order at MiniLaLa, you are authorising us to keep your email address for the sole purpose of sending you store emails informing you about sales, promotions, rewards and specials. Our website does contain links to other websites which we regard as interesting or useful, however, MiniLaLa takes no responsibilty for the other sites, or for any information that you provide to them.
